Buffett’s New Venture: The First Margaritaville Hotel
Jimmy Buffett is pleased to announce another edition to his Margaritaville Empire. Set to open mid to late June is the very first Margaritaville Beach Hotel located at Pensacola Beach, Pensacola, Fl!
The hotel is located on a prime stretch of sand with a fishing pier and will feature 162 rooms, 24 suites, a pool & beach bar and an entertainment area tentatively named, “Land Shark Landing.” Room rates will range from $195 to $450 a night with respect to season and specific accommodations.
